Hello. My Name is David Jones, owner of DSC HOME INSPECTIONS. Let me tell you about me and my company. I started in construction after getting out of the military. The construction business led me to Virginia 20 years ago. Here, I started my home inspection business. I attended training at the Home Inspector Traing Academy (HITA) and became a Virginia certified home inspector. After future training, I became a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ashi), achieved state certification in Virginia(vachi), and furthered my education to be both a PaRR disaster inspector and a HUD pass certified REAC inspector. So here we are today performing real estate home inspections, new construction, pre drywall, well/septic and foreclosure inspections, along with radon testing. DSC Home Inspection service does pre listing inspections, warranty home inspections, home maintenance inspections and comprehensive buyer inspections.
