"Dave was very professional, arrived to the site on time and performed a thorough inspection from top to bottom. Any time I called him I was able to get in touch with him regardless of the time of the week (I gave him several calls during a weekend). He was able to explain things when needed, was on the point and did not waste any time during the service. I called him with additional questions later on and he answered them fully and comprehensively. He provided information on what to do to fix discovered problems (luckily no major ones in this place) and gave possible scenarios on how to cover large home improvement purchases to save money. And the price for his services matched the lowest quote I had received when I was shopping around. I would definitely recommend DSC to any friend of mine." |

He walked me through and showed me how systems worked and things to look out for with respect to safety, cleaning, etc. He also got the gas fireplace to work for the first time!
